Today is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and the start of the 30th anniversary of the UN #16DaysofActivism to #EndVAW.

I joined The Grandmothers Advocacy Network to light up Ottawa City Hall in purple to raise awareness and put an end to gender-based violence.
