Today Muslims around the world celebrate Eid-al-Fitr, to mark the end of the holy month of Ramadan. It is a time to gather and celebrate with family and community, to mark the end of the fast, and of charitable giving to those less fortunate.

Today I joined Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and my Liberal colleagues at the Eid morning prayers hosted by Muslim Association of Canada, to celebrate the contributions of Muslim Canadians to our city and our country. #EidMubarak #urimefitërbajrami
