Anita and colleagues commemorated the 75th anniversary of D-Day at the National War Memorial in Ottawa. 14,000 Canadians landed at Juno Beach to liberate the people of France and Europe, including Anita's own family in the Netherlands. Today we honour and thank them for their sacrifice and service for the freedom and democracy that we enjoy today. We Remember Them.
