Anita had the pleasure of attending a workshop for National Capital FreeNet's Access=Skills=Opportunities project. This project helps people on low incomes improve their digital literacy skills by assisting them in applying online to two programs, the Canada Learning Bond (CBL) and the Ontario Electricity Support Program (OESP). Organizations like National Capital FreeNet provide an invaluable service to our community.
