Anita had the honour to lay a wreath on behalf of the Government of Canada at the West End Villa Seniors Residence hosted by Westboro Legion. She met a man named Ian, who served in the Netherlands as part of the Third Canadian Infantry Division, and had helped liberate her parents' families during the Second World War.
