Anita and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau visited the SNMC mosque in Nepean to listen to Muslim youth talk about their reactions to the horrific terrorist attack in New Zealand. It was heartbreaking but also inspiring to see the young people's resilience and commitment to making a better, more inclusive world. Justin Trudeau then spoke to a packed congregation to provide words of solidarity with the Muslim community at this difficult time. We must always call out and oppose islamophobia, hatred, racism and intolerance.
